Kundalini Yoga is a beautiful and ancient science, which has the potential to heal and uplift anyone’s life. It stimulates the glands, nerves and organ systems for greater health, vitality and peace of mind. Each class incorporates exercise kriyas (sequences of yogic exercises), deep relaxation and a meditation which can include breathwork, chanting or silence.
Mark teaches classes at the Berkeley Yoga Center on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, as well as weekend yoga workshops. Kundalini Yoga can be done by just about anybody — all levels are welcome.
