Celebrate Winter Solstice
with Sat Santokh & Prabhu Nam
Winter Solstice has been considered a sacred time by many cultures going back to the dawn of humanity. This time of year — when the night is longest and the day shortest — provides us with an opportunity to go deep within. Through satsang, yoga, meditation, chanting, kirtan and a guided visualization, we will celebrate the profoundness of both darkness and light, coming to a deep place of resonant beauty and wisdom to leave us feeling balanced, centered and grateful.

Sat Santokh is a spiritual teacher and social activist who has been on the cutting edge of our collective evolution in consciousness for over 50 years. His focus is on the critical relationship between inner peace and world peace. He leads Self Worth Workshops, healing the inner wounds that prevent us from allowing ourselves full access to life’s abundance. He believes that we need to develop the capacity to allow ourselves (by healing our wounds) to succeed in our personal lives and our life missions, in order to achieve inner peace and become radiant examples of how to live on the planet. www.SatSantokh.com

Join BYC teachers Sat Daya, Mark, and Iris for a fun and informative workshop about Kundalini Yoga, designed for beginners as well as current students who’d like to learn more.
Work out your physical body (kriyas), chant sacred sounds (mantras), use hand/finger positions (mudras) and eye focus (dristi), experience breathwork (pranayama) and move in ways you’ve never moved before. Kundalini yoga tunes up your energetic body (chakras), glandular system, digestion and nervous system. Best of all, it quiets your mind, so you can hear your own divine guidance.
This workshop includes a coupon good for a free class with Iris, Mark or Sat Daya — a $16 value.
Cost $30 in advance, $35 at door. Click the Buy Now button below to register.
Instructors: Mark Pasley, Sat Daya Singh Khalsa, and Iris Lange
