Shiatsu acupressure
Shiatsu frees up energy that’s stuck in your body, so that you feel more balanced and energetic, without being “hyper.” When energy blockages are cleared, pain goes away and stress melts to reveal an inner calm.
Shiatsu can be performed through loose, comfortable clothing, or through a sheet. It’s best to avoid eating for 1-2 hours before your treatment. Your session shouldn’t be overly painful (you may experience some “good” pain as tension is released). You control the pressure through your feedback, which is always welcome.

Swedish / Deep Tissue massage
A deeply nurturing oil massage with long, flowing strokes to promote circulation and relaxation. Targeted, more specific pressure helps to relieve muscle tension and pain. Massage has been shown to boost your immune system and increase your sense of well-being. It also aids in muscle repair and reduction of stress-related chemicals in the body. You end up feeling calm, nurtured and rejuvenated. Client feedback is encouraged — it’s your session and your needs should be met.

Meditation + Massage package
If you’d like to go even deeper…
Mark will lead you in a meditation specific to your needs, helping to put you into a state of relaxation. Then you’ll receive the bodywork of your choice (Swedish/Deep Tissue or Shiatsu). The overall effect of this combination can be extremely calming and rejuvenating. If you wish, a copy of the meditation will be provided so that you can practice at home.
