Sexual energy is a powerful form of energy. It is the ultimate source of our creativity; the source of life. Kundalini yoga raises the sexual energy to the higher chakras where it can be transformed into spiritual energy that helps us access our higher consciousness. When our chakras are balanced we can enjoy healthier and happier emotional and sexual lives. We can find our true selves — whether straight or LGBT.

In this workshop you will experience Kundalini yoga practices that tap into the energy of the 2nd chakra (sexuality/creativity) and help to bring balance and excitement to all areas of your life. You will leave with a handout of easy exercises and meditation practices you can do at home.

All levels welcome. No previous yoga experience is required. Yoga mats & props are provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid eating for 1-2 hours before the workshop.
